Southern California welcomes you to Santa Ynez with Victorian grace and hospitality in the heart of Santa Barbara County wine country. The Santa Ynez Inn offers lavish suites most including fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs, heated tiles, steam showers, flat screen tv’s and much more. All guests who stay with us will enjoy wine, hors d’oeuvres, evening desserts, and a full gourmet breakfast in the morning. When you book your wedding and reception with us, and decide to use our catering services, we will gift to you a complimentary stay in one of our suites for your wedding night.

We welcome the opportunity to host wedding ceremonies and receptions, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, cocktail parties, luncheons and dinners. Indoors, the Parlor (850 square feet) with a fireplace, can accommodate receptions for up to 60 guests. The Library (270 square feet) with a fireplace will host smaller, more intimate gatherings for up to 12 guests. Outdoors, the Lawn and Garden can host up to 175 seated guests. Our banquet facility, the Coach House (1000 square feet) adjacent to the Inns main building and surrounded by gardens, was built circa 1900 to house stagecoaches and carriages in the historic village of Santa Ynez. It was fully restored in 2006 as a private special event facility. Deluxe carpets and artwork create warmth and ambiance throughout. In room air-conditioning and heating provide year-round comfort. The full service prep kitchen makes catering functions smooth and easy. Seating capacities include: Reception style for 125 guests, banquet style seating for 75 guests, classroom style seating for 55 guests, conference style seating for 45 guests and wedding ceremony seating for 75 guests. The Santa Ynez Inn has tables, chairs, silverware, glassware, linens, and much more on site-which are all included in the site fee. Depending on your final count, will determine if any rental orders will need to be placed. Please contact us directly for pictures of our sites as well as pricing information for your event. Catering/Food and Beverages:

We offer a full-service catering kitchen on-site. Our executive chef will provide custom menus and quotes for all your events. We are happy to customize menu’s to fit your special day & budget. We do have a full liquor license – so we are happy to provide the type of bar you want for you and your guests. We can do beer, wine and liquor- and the bar can be hosted, partially hosted, or cash. Please contact us directly with your request for food and beverage services and we can send you a specific quote for your type of menu and bar request. Outside caterers are allowed – pending approval of the Santa Ynez Inn’s Catering Director.
