    Samuel and Sharon Elswick, proprietors, welcome you to consider the historic Holladay House for your perfect place “to have and to hold” intimate weddings and elopements. They held their own small wedding at a bed and breakfast and understand exactly the meaningful experience their wedding couples desire.

    The Holladay House boasts an elegantly appointed parlor and an historic outdoor porch both perfect for an intimate ceremony. Both USAToday and The Travel Channel have raved about the historic fireplace in the parlor and the selection of intimate wedding packages. The Holladay House is within walking distance to hair and nail salons, fine-dining restaurants, a local tavern, gourmet food shops and gift shops.

    The Holladay House has been a wedding site since 1864, and Samuel and Sharon are honored to continue this historic tradition hosting over 250 elopements since 2007! Let them help you craft an intimate wedding experience that honors the love and affection you have for each other.

    Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, in a small charming Main Street town, the Holladay House Bed and Breakfast (c.1830) specializes in the romance of small weddings. Handling weddings of 2-20 people, the Holladay House has three packages designed for intimate weddings. Packages include all the details of having and holding a wedding at the inn, so the bride and groom may focus on what is important: each other! A romantic historic setting, luxury whirlpool suites and close proximity to restaurants, shops, wineries and outdoor sports complete the experience!
